Política de envío
We always aim to ship your order as soon as possible but usually we ship in bulk at least once per week. Shipping dates change week by week as there are no set shipping days. For example, your order placed on Sunday the 1st, may not be shipped until Saturday the 7th.
There may be occasions that shipping at least once per week is not possible, due to local restrictions, temporary working practices or other anomalies (like Covid-19 security). In these cases we will look to ship your order as soon as possible and if there is going to be a longer delay, we will contact you directly.
Please get in contact with us at email@example.com if you have not received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping email/text, unless you have had a valid update from ourselves or we are currently creating custom clothing for you. If you are in a country outside of the UK, then Royal Mail International Shipping time frames apply, found at www.royalmail.com
We only take responsibility for shipping the product, and require the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
We are a family run independent business so there may be times where we require a little extra time to ship orders. Thank You for your Support and Understanding
